Alignment + Weight
Rod, align it with both of you in it and see how the tire wear is.
Since Nick and a few others see a change then your tire wear is from toe out and you should notice a huge improvement over prior tire wear.

With 700f/650r, I measured a change of ~0.1 degree camber after when I had somebody sit in it. Negligible...
If you're worried about it, then set it up with a couple tenths less camber, then when you get in it'll be about perfect.

We'll do that on the next alignment. We do go on the longest drives when both of us are in the car and that puts the weight up to 400+ lbs in the car. I posted this in the R/C forum because I knew that this is where I'd get the right answer to my question.
