Default Ap2 Rear Swaybar on ap1 for track?

I notice the Ap2 rear bar is less stiff than he stock 03 bar I have:

03 Rear 27.2x4.5mm (P/N: 52300-S2A-J01)
ap2 Rear 25.4x4.5mm (P/N: 52300-S2A-J02)

So given that I can only use swaybars front and rear to control wheel lift and balance a non-stagerred track setup...
Would it help to soften the rear bar as well as increase the front bar?

Could I run a medium stiff front bar say a 30mm whiteline and a softer rear bar in combination instead of just running an extreme front bar like a Saner?

Why would you want to do this? It will be slower; you should be able to achieve the same sort of balance but you'll have less overall stiffness.

well I don't like the way a realy stiff front bar makes the car feel and the understeer
I know a lot of track cars don't even run a rear bar

Rather then saying you don't like the front bar.. try less rear tow.

That's because a lot of track cars either can't run a stiffer front bar because of their series' rules, have already stiffened the rear springs with a set of coilovers, or are looking for a free way to fix the stock oversteer.

i was under the impression that much stiffer front bar increases understeer

I don't think this is that big of a deal. Heck, I've ran autox and HPDE w/o a rear sway bar on stock shocks/springs. I don't think that the reduced roll stiffness of a smaller bar with make that much of a difference vs having no rear bar.
