I had one on my FRS and it makes a slight difference in hard braking. But the S2000 brace should be used with caution namely on a track car. An impact on that side could cause that rod and brace to damage the brake lines which would be enough to loose pressure/brakes. Not worth it IMO.

It depends on the rest of the brake system. If the system is bled really well (no trapped bubbles in the ABS plumbing) with good pads, true disks, etc., then .021" can make a big difference. Like pushing on a brick wall or something that will move .021". Yes, anyone could feel .021" when compared to a brick wall.

If you hit anything hard enough to cause anything to cause the brace to move and touch the brake lines, you are already in a bad, bad wreck where the brakes aren't involved anymore anyway. I don't see this as an issue at all.
