Very cool!

How are you thinking about the stock trans pump? Could you end up cavitating it, or are you lowering the pickup?

With the differential are you running light wt synth and cooling the hell out of it to ambient or 110wt and running a switch for when it starts flowing?

The quaife sequential does not have an internal pump.
Will be using standard motul gear ff diff oil and engage the cooling pump once up to temp.
