Driving method on HPDE event
well an instructor sat with me for 1 session , but damn he doesnt even know about the S , he thought it was a front wheel drive car. well i gotta give him a break he is in his 60's and has a GT3 track car.
the only thing he taught me during the whole session sitting next to me , is just telling me how to take the line , braking points and what to look out for on the track. he didn't comment anything about my driving or how i'm driving the car at all.
yet again other than not pushing the car i felt my heel and toe technique which i had no problem with in my old crx but to the s2k , it seems impossible with the rather limited leg room.

Where are you located? If it's not too far for you to drive to TX, The Driver's Edge has some really great HPDEs with excellent instructors. They run at Motorsports Ranch in Ft Worth, the new Eagle Canyon Raceway in Denton, and further south at TWS.

I've been to 3 TDE events so far, and they were worth every penny (2 at MSR, one at TWS). Most other HPDEs I've been to were "instructor optional" events, and while they were fun, they weren't very valuable.

hope to keep this thread alive with my progress... will update soon.
for the time being i went with some super blue fluids and the hawk pads and a sparco corsa seat. the stock seat though is alright but it's just not that good to keep me in position to drive with the g's pushing me on
