Thanks for the info on the apr. is the downforce splitter functional? I saw the puddymod ones but it's a little bigger than I would like. Before long the car will not be a daily driver anymore and will just be track and nice weekends car. But for now that one would be way to extreme

In this case, extreme=functional. Can't have it both ways.

The APR is functional but not extreme. I think I would rather have it functional but still driveable. I don't think on our small car that the puddymod one is needed. Have you actually seen the size of it? It's huge.

Ive seen them in passing in the pits, but not actually measured. Don't most people make their own and experiment with protruding length anyway?

I have considered making m own but if I screw it up, I hate to be out the money for materials just to throw it away. The picture of the puddymod one is interesting. Where are those support rods bolted to? That's one concern I have is where to mount the rods. The pic of that puddymod doesn't look as big as the ones I saw in the puddymod thread.

I picked up the support rods at Action performance and mounted them to the bumper beam. The beam is open in the back just remove it for access.
