I found this on another forum. I thought this might be helpful.
OEM:
00-01 - Fr: 218(3.9) - Rr: 291(5.2)
02-03 - Fr: 240(4.3) - Rr: 230(4.1) Guestimate

If calculated against 00-01 rates
Fr: 233(4.16) - Rr: 262(4.68) (218 - 7%= 233) (291 - 10%= 262)
If calculated against 02-03 rates
Fr: 256(4.57) - Rr: 207(3.7) (guestimate)

Seems like the 00-01 and 02-03 spring rates are quite different. I have a set of spare 02 coilovers with very low miles on them, would the revised 02 rates/shocks help dial out some of the oversteer in an 00 car at autocross with just front sway bar and 225/245 RS2 tires?
