Anybody know the guys in Ohio R&D to see if this was a hub failure or a broken control arm from going off track?

The hub did not break on that car.
You can tell from the picture of it upside down, the rear wheel is still with the car.

If the hub had broken the wheel would have been thrown FAR clear of the car.

That's what I was thinking. Looks like a off road excursion that broke the lower control arm. I was doubting the broken hub excuse, just curious if there was an inside story.

The hub was broken, but was supposedly a result of the off track excusion.
