we kill them all the time on the race car from vibration. try putting it on a hose and mounting it off the engine.

iv had issue with innovate sensors also. They seem to be crap sending units. i switched sending unit to the motec sensor and have not had problems since. For fuel pressure i couldnt get a good read either. I put a flex line from the output on the fuel rail and mounted the sensor on the chassis. sensor likes not vibrating, works great now.

can anyone point me to a place to buy replacement sensors?

I tried the one from glowshift but its not outputting the correct voltage.
http://www.glowshiftdirect.com/Repla...re-Sensor.aspx

I found some on JEGs but i am unsure which to buy...

and innovate's site doesn't list any info on a replacement part

Ya know a good ole mechanical gauge works just fine!

Czarny Called me when building his spec miata asking if he should install all these gauges for water pressure (to identify a leak early) and oil pressure and temp etc etc. I asked him... It's the last lap of the runoffs and your winning and your water pressure gauge drops to zero.... do you keep going and ignore it. Or do you stop.... He said he'd keep going. So I told him not to bother with the gauges.

i understand however i plan to integrate the sensor with my ecu so as to prevent motors blowing up and a failed sensor mid corner could end up making for a hairy situation

going to give this one a shot
