Rebound on the V3 has clicks. If your numbers represent full turns (ex: 1 = 360*) that is a different story. Compression (on bottom) is often measured in 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 (as in 1 = 360*) but I go by "sweeps". Each sweep is a full sweep in the compression adjuseters "window". 4 sweeps = 360*.

Well that sucks forreal. Who does a good job at autocross revalving for stiffer springs. Can someone else give some input on this?
KW does not offer revalving on their "street" suspension systems, you would need a competition coilover for them to offer this.

Any revalving done by a different company will no longer be using KW parts, and I haven't been able to locate a source that would do it as of yet. I guess you are in ways "limited" to a certain range of spring rate for the V3, as KW themselves will not revalve your coils.

Tell Joe that Nick Jackson sent you. And yes they use real KW parts. Call him and he'll set you up with whatever you want.

Looks like a good help to those looking for such a thing. I myself will not have them revalved unless KW does them. I personally don't have a problem with the rate range.

Thank you for the information for those who may need it, however.

Yes they offer rebuilding and revalving of the V3 and Clubsport. After talking with their engineers and from testing on various cars with various spring, swaybar, tire size, aero packages, IMO higher rates than 628 are not necessary combined with other modifications.

The KW dampers work very well to control the body movement and weight transfer. You don't need to over-spring KW's to band-aid over a poorly designed damper. In general (without taking bumpsteer, camber gain, roll centers, etc... into consideration) you want to use the softest spring you can get away with. Softer springs dont work the tire as hard and increases grip.
I know but I gave Tom, one of the people at the plant a call and he told me explicitly they don't revalve the shocks, only rebuilds. He said they only revalve their competition and not their street setups.

This contradicts what I'm hearing from you though =P

While they do not recommend or openly 'offer' to revalve the V3 dampers, they can be done. Again after working with their engineers and doing extensive track testing, I would not recommend revalving them either.
