I didn't have a spanner wrench in my kit either. Just give them a call and they will send one to you.

Would you guys comment on whether or not your were using a front sway bar also? I just installed mine and had an extremely loose car, but I also had my solid gendron on the softest setting.

or it sounds like a loose situation as a result of understeer. the guy didn't say exactly WHERE he was loose, and what his hands and feet were doing when the car went loose.

could be a billion things

I suppose but I doubt it as he just installed the suspension and is running the bar on soft..

Too many changes made to figure it out. More specifics may help.

What are your suspension settings?

The setup consists of.
falken azenies 215/45...255/40 -17's
kw v3's on the rec. settings
gendron solid front bar on the softest setting

alignment...maxed caster up front
-1.1 frt. and -2.2 camber rear
0 toe up front, 1/4 toe in the rear on each side

The car is lowered about 3/4"
The car was just loose on our course. It's a concrete helicopter pad. I forgot my tools at home to adjust the front bar, but the car handled noticibly better by softening the rebound front and rear. The car felt like it was oversteering.

Run Solid Gendron on stiffest setting. It feels great on softer settings but at the limit you need it on full stiff to keep from spining inside rear wheel. Try running KW on full stiff front and 2 turns off in rear (bump & rebound). Adjust from there. I belive high speed bump & rebound is factory pre-set.

That setup seems that it would be conducive to understeer. You may have uneven weights at different sides of the car.

Does anybody else have any additional ideas?

Alignment:
Front Camber -1
Rear Camber -1.8
Front toe 0
Rear Toe - 0.32 Total
Caster - 6.00

The newer KWs have clicks for rebound instead of turns.. the manual tells you how many clicks = to how many turns but i dont have it at the moment.
KW V3 Setting:
Front Rebound: 10 clicks
Front Compression: 1.25 turns

Rear Rebound: 12 clicks
Rear Compression: 1 turn

Only had these for 1 month and these settings are for street.
Played around with a few settings and this one feels good for now.
