I attend events which are perpetually hot as I go to Malaysia. Track temps are /scorching >40 deg C sometimes climbing way higher. I drive for 20-30mins at a go with windows up so the moment I get out of the car I rehydrate. I think I lose a couple of liters at a go

For the car, get as much cooling overkill that u can. Big oil cooler, big radiator, coolant additive, fan control via your hondata... Less heat = more power & better longevity of parts in my view.

Btw, the one off 111F you experienced is what I get almost every session. The heat and sun is so bad it literally "bites" your skin
Have you considered not living in Singapore?
Don't even get me started. psychoazn keeps telling me I should move to a country that has at least one track. Might be easier than waking up at 6 am, spending an hour clearing customs then continuing on for a 350 km drive up for a 4 hour track day then making another 350 km drive back with another round of customs clearing, finally reaching home at almost 9pm.

I am piecing an oil cooler setup right now as I have some events coming up and won't go without an oil cooler. I've lost motors due to oiling issues with heat to be one of the major factors. I currently plan to stay with the stock radiator as I will be running E85. Between E85 and an oil cooler, I imagine I could keep heat in check pretty well. We'll see soon though.

What heat levels resulted in your oiling issues

Near 300F, however, this was on a completely different motor (Taurus SHO) with 500+ whp. I found out first hand that Mobil 1 didn't stand up to heat worth a damn. It didn't help that I was at high altitude which makes cooling even harder. The new build got a big Fluidyne oil cooler and better oil.

Not surprising then. Maybe try a good oil like a Motul? I used a "turbo" sized core on my S and usually get oil stable at 220F

At thill as Andrew said ambient temp was 102 or so and for my stck cooling system I was getting 4 more bars than stock. That's 2/3 of the gauge in 4 laps. I haven't flushed my coolant for year or so. Car didnt loose any coolant during the event at all. With 140,000 on the stok system I think its time for a new rad for peice of mind and an upgrade

Watch th gauge as in a lap it can go to hell fast

The oil pressure saw dip only at the end of T2 at thunderhill. It is a long left hander. I saw 42psi. This is using Blacktrax baffle pan. I'm very happy with the results.
Andrie, are you running upgraded radiator or oil cooler?

What's your oil pressure normally at full throttle? Above 100psi? A drop to 42psi with a quality baffled pan is a red flag. My local track, Summit Main, has a long sweeping full throttle right hander that I suspect the damage is being done on.
