I don't track my S but I do drive it on roads with grades up to 26% and have been on high speed runs(over 130 mph for one or more hours). Also drive in high heat 100+ for hours on end. I have put 100k miles on our S in four years doing drives of 600+ miles stopping just for gas and food, so no I don't track my car but I do test it all the time. For oil I use M1 mix of 5/30 and 0/40. I have almost 100k miles on my over sized Baldwin B202 oil filter, it has over twice the filter paper than the stock Honda filter plus I get to add 6 qt's of oil(more if I tilt the car when changing the oil). These are built like tanks and are a very good filter. I used them in my OTR trucks and have around two million miles on Baldwin filters.

Here are some pic's of a Honda filter(off of a '08 C/R), a Wix/Napa for the S and my Baldwin B7042(same size as the B202 but with a lower by-pass setting)
