McMaster-Carr Front End-links
I don't see why you can't use those. Looks to be exactly what I have, sans conical washers.
You don't need that hex between the threads and the sphere... .that is just for one kind of rod end where the threads and sphere are 1 solid part. On your design (and mine) a bolt goes through the sphere and you use the hex that is the bolt head to tighten.
If you size the bolt length right (so that it doesn't hit the shock, and insert so that the threaded end of the bolt is toward the shock, it is 100 time easier to make setting adjustments than the Gendron endlinks. You just loosen the nut, slide the bolt out, pick new hole, slide bolt back in and tighten. With the gendron setup, you have to slide the threaded shaft out toward the shock body, which is sometimes impossible without removing the the whole arm off of the center bar.
If you really want, I could take a picture of mine tonight or tomorrow night.

I've already purchased a set from anorexicpoodle, so that info won't help me, but it might help future users. Or it also might help anyone who wants to buy the endlinks from me.
