Total Toe Front: 0" +- 1/16"
Total Toe Rear: 1/4" +- 1/16" (want to convert your specs to inches?)
I could have sworn that's what it said too. But Page 18-6 and 18-7 of the Helm manual says -0deg30min+/-10min (ie. -0.5 +/-0.17 deg) for the front. Likewise it also lists the 0.17 deg tolerance for the rear.

Does it list a wider tolerance somewhere else? Ah, up in the front it lists the 0.5 deg tolerance as the inspection limit -- the 0.17 deg tolerance is the adjustment limit.

Looks like I've found a local auto-x event for Nov 13/14. I'll be able to attend the Nov 13 event. My first auto-x I will actually be a participant in.

So, prior to that. I will of course get an alignment. Judging from the info I gather from reading all this... I'm guessing the following settings are optimum for street/occasional track on bone stock suspension?

Front:
1.0 deg camber
0" toe

Rear:
2.0 deg camber
1/4" toe

That the general consensus? Thanks for all the great advice by the way.

More or less. One thing you should be aware of is that the "UK alignment" is actually developed for high speed driving, not specialized for autox. But it should be fine for now, and much better than the "some random alignment that may or may not even be in spec" alignment that the cars generally have when you buy them.
