Need funny GT wing caption...
i know this may not be the best section to ask this, but we all know the funniest and wittiest members troll this section
so i recently picked up the APR GTC200 w/risers for the car. at first i was not going to run it on the street, but now i think i will since i don't want to remove it and plug the holes and all that after track days. also my garage space is getting very limited. plus it really does feel great on the car with freeway on-ramps....
so since i will be rocking the wing on a daily basis i was thinking of getting getting a "caption" done in vinyl to put on the back top portion of the wing to give people something funny to read as they sit behind me at a light.
give me some funny captions!!!
some that came to my mind:
1. Yes, I know it's big.
2. Yes, I know it's obnoxious.
3. It makes a difference on the track, I swear.
4. I stole it from a 747.
5. Track junkies understand.
6. My wing is bigger than your wing.
7. Yes, I'm making up for my size.
Contributed:
8. If found please return shopping cart to Ralphs.
9. It was either this or strapping a fat lady to the trunk.
10. Easier than bolting a fat lady to the trunk. (variation of #9)
11. Size DOES matter
12. Boeing test pilot
13. Please do not eat off of wing
14. The cheap seats

put this in place of the honda emblem
i tried to steal this from the shopping cart at krogers to stick on a trunk lid but they make the little sign even harder to steal than the shopping cart.

I'm not trying to take away from the humor on thread but here's my $0.02...
I'd just take on and off the wing for every track event. You saw me do it and it only takes like 5min. Plus the new S2K-specific GTC-200 lines up right along the trunk edge so if it rains, the water will go through the holes and channel down the rain gutters in the trunk. Or just use rubber stoppers to plug the holes.
Pros:
1) You can take that freeway ramp a BIT faster (assuming your tires are warm)
Cons:
1) Decreased gas milege ($)
2) Increased rear tire wear ($$$)
3) Decreased acceleration
4) Risk of being classified as "rice"
