New engine or bore out current one?
You might want to consider a new oil pan that offers better baffling. Your problem is more likely related to oil starvation than jets. This has been a major problem with track cars since day 1 hence why they make dry sumps and baffled oil pans

Let me know if anybody makes a baffled pan for our cars.
I tried to get one made, but it didn't work out.

I'm not aware of any alternatives that aren't custom-made.

that is the one I am waiting for.... i ordered it through R&D motorsports back in early december.... i was told by King that it would be 30 days..... nothing so far.
30 day wait from King... As in shipment has already left from Japan so you cannot cancel your order
My 30-45 day wait turned into a 6 month extension.
Everytime I called them for a ETA it was 30 days from the date I called.
EDIT This was NOT for an oil pan.

We've had an S2000 oil pan "on-hold" for R&D since last month - we're just waiting for David to call us with all of the details.
When you called and inquired about availability did you happen to mention that you had it on order through R&D? I encourage you to call R&D and ask them the status of your order
In terms of the 30 day wait... We order from Mugen every 30 days via air freight - which only applies to smaller items. Larger items, like body work and exhausts, have to be sent by ocean freight. Ocean freight orders happen every 45-60 days depending on demand for products that can "fill a container".
On occassion an item is on back order from Mugen and can not be shipped until a) it is produced and b) hits one of our normal order cycles. In some unfortunate cases it has taken a long time to receive a customer's product.
We do our absolute best to provide a high level of customer service in terms of stocking levels and transit times for shipments coming from Japan.
Thanks

Does that pan have trap doors? or is it just a baffle?

As for the pan... its baffled. No trap doors.
i am calling R&D tomorrow to pay for the pan. I was waiting for them to get back to me about the pan..... no harm... I am getting my new engine next week, so everything should work out anyway.
