Ohins DFV Rubbing Moddiction Swaybar Endlinks

Sorry, I checked my endlinks and they are setup like yours, but I have no rubbing. I think I tried it the other way to see if I had more clearance, but it did not help much. My ride height is also only 20mm lower than stock.

The Saner style bars already come with those collars. You are supposed to have them installed on the exterior side of your D brackets.
If you loosen your D brackets and your collars, you can recenter the bar.

My friend had this same issue with his Moddiction bar and his Ohlins. We tried shuffling it around while on a lift, tried different endlinks, couldnt get both sides to sit right. Never got any answer from Moddiction despite reaching out to him several times and he just gave up. With my untrained eye, it looked bent. Its sitting on my garage floor currently useless. I have the Saner bar, the literal one that these replica Moddiction bars were made from and it doesnt look bent like his.

Do you need to take the tension off the sway bar (have the wheels on jacks) prior to loosening the d brackets and collars to recenter?

Torque endlinks with car on the ground to not preload your bar.

So I don’t think my Moddiction (saner rep) bars are equal in dimensions. I loosened everything to move over to the left side, but it can’t move since the bend of the bar is against the right D bracket. There is about 1/2” of gap on the left side of the bar, but zero on the right.

Maybe it's an optical illusion, but your endlinks look bent.
