First, inflate your rear tires to 38-40 psi cold. This will help reduce rear traction off the line, which hopefully will let your tires slip before the clutch does. Then, just experiment with different launch revs in 500 rpm increments -- depending on the surface, you may need anywhere from 5000-8000 rpm to hook up well.
