I have a 4-pot rear Wilwood setup, probably the same setup as s2000ellier and it has worked very well. I did lose my parking brake, which I do miss, but since I track the car more than I street drive, I liked the benefits of a better setup in the rear and keeping everything cooler. My rear lug nuts used to loosen after a session on track, now they do not.

When I was pressing in the inserts, I accidentally warped one of the brackets that make everything work with Wilwood OTS parts. I sent the bracket off to be copied and had more made (the person who copied it can make them again). Everything is relatively cheap. $120 calipers, $30 rings, I can't remember what the hats cost (front hats to an RSX BBK), and a wide selection of cheap pads.

Yeah thats what my rear calipers look like. Where do you order rings from, directly form wilwood?

I order from TCE Performance Products when it comes to anything Wilwood. I have part numbers for everything used in the kit stored at home if you want them.

Where did you get your setup? I bought mine off a member here. They were unused, so I was able to get all the part numbers off the packaging.

I would go with the 355mm kit if you want to pair it with the 345mm rear kit. Part of brake bias is based on the rotor diameter. To maintain forward brake bias, you'll want to have a larger front rotor versus rear rotor.

Additionally, you'll need 18" rims to fit both of those. The 345mm kit will not fit under a 17" and the 355mm kit definitely does not fit under a 17". the 328x28mm front kit barely fits under a 17"

they make a stoptech kit with working parking break. Its a 2 caliper design similar to the NSX kit.

its like 3500 give or take 200.
Part number? Links? Thanks!

(I made sure to link all products in my post so people know what i'm referring to).
Should be 83.429.005G.R1

kimgt had one for sale a while back. It utilizes a ST41 caliper. Not sure how the bias works out, since its a 345x28 rotor (he paired it with a 328mm)

"Rear Kit: Small 4 Piston Caliper, 345x28mm Rotor; included is the parking brake assembly (83.429.005G.R1)"

And FWIW, Stoptech does make a 328mm rear kit for the NSX that fits under a 17" wheel. It utilizes the ST10 parking brake.

After the custom brackets needed to mount the rear caliper:

Rear

Hat ----------------- 170-6947
Rotor --------------- 160-5843
Rotor/Hat Bolts ----- 230-8390
Caliper (DynaPro) --- 120-9706
Brake Line Kit ------ 220-10841 <--- These area actually a touch long. You could probably order some that are 1-2" shorter.

The parts are not directional, however, you can upgrade the rings to directional rotors or even the GT rings.

That's definitely a very nice and affordable setup for those that don't mind ditching the parking brake cable (assuming you could get brackets for the calipers made for not too much $). I'm personally holding out for a way to retain the parking brake. I'm not sure what different caliper options there are that retain the parking brake.

I think the brackets worked out to be just a touch over $100 shipped. I tried doing a group buy on them earlier this year, but only one person took me up on it.

I think it really depends on wheels as far as fitment, i put a 355mm front st60 template up to my 17x9.5 te37 and it just BARELY touched the barrel(cleared the spokes), i feel I could have easily run a 5mm spacer and cleared the bigger caliper. I decided that 6pot was really unnecessary for my set up, so i went with the 328mm 4pot in the front, plus it was much more cost effective. Does this mean the bigger rear BBK is not an option for me? Im not sure about that, Im sure the disc size plays a role but I read that caliper piston sizing is what determines brake bias, but Id like to confirm with stoptech.
