ridgeline question
My dad used to tow almost a full cord of wood over mountain passes almost every weekend with a V6 Ranger. That weighs about the same as an S2000. Those trucks used to last for hundreds of thousands of miles, and they were rated to haul the same or less weight than the Ridgeline.
An S2000 should be no problem for a Ridgeline, even in the mountains.

Well if we are posting pics of tow vehicles
mine came in yesterday, I should be able to take delivery on Friday. I'm sooooo excited, and clearly towing the S will be no problemo...

Nice truck! But a Nissan towing a Honda, and red and yellow.... what contrasts!

I specifically picked bright red for towing My Spa, I am after all Tifosi' (Ferrari Fan).
Just for reference, over at Temple of VTEC we took a Ridgeline to an autocross (Atlanta region) and to the Tail of the Dragon. Videos will be posted soon.
The auto-x was hilarious. We got there early and started playing on the skidpad. One of the organizers came flying up in a golf cart asking what the hell we were doing
. Two laps of the skidpad in the Ridgeline and he signed off on it, no issues. Beat a fair number of cars in the auto-x (trying to shift the auto tranny manually was the biggest PITA).
At the Tail of the Dragon, it was even more impressive. Without the tight turnarounds of the auto-x, the Ridgeline was easier to drive. Even with the all-season tires grip was decent. Body roll was extremely low and balance was good - some rotation was possible with lift off or trail braking. And the brakes! Never faded, ever. We had an Acura RL and Acura TSX A-spec along at the same time and the Ridgeline brakes held up best (and felt the best). Obviously it wasn't as fast as those cars, and didn't have as much grip, but still!!!
Hows that for RAC relevant content on the Ridgeline?

That's what I was saying about taking you other tow vehicles on the track
.
Yes the brakes are impressive. I still am conscious of braking even now because of the bite and the very light pedal effort required. And the body is stiffer than the S. Next time I'll try it on the track
