Default Roll Bar Help

Since I can't find a post about roll bars since 04 I thought I would start a new one in hopes to get some current answers. I have an 05 that I would like to add a roll bar to(after having one in my miata it feels odd to not have anything but the stock hoops). However I am looking for a fairly paticular bar, one that; keeps a good part of the stock inerior and soft top, has a harness bar, and is solo1 compliant (I realize this might be a stretch). Basically I would like the elda bar if they were still made. From my search of the site I found:

Cusco 4 Point Chromoly Roll Bar w/Harness Bar

I was wondering if anyone has this one and could give me some info on owning one. Or if anyone has other suggestions it would be REALLY helpfull. Thanks in advance.

you should be able too... they are discussed here about every week.
Not many choices right now, custom or a bar from harddog (they might be offering the old GFL bar?)

IMO, they look pretty hideous.

Really, the best option is probably to find out who does the fab work for the local club racers, and go there.

IMO, there is no good way to install a bar (custom or off-the-shelf, welded or bolted) that works with the softtop and factory interior. But ... that's just my viewpoint. It's not shared by everyone.

I dont really know any cage builders in vancouver... but yeah if you know someone that does then it is probably the best solution.

There are a couple shops just south of the border if you really want to get a custom rollbar done.
