Btw, I'm about to buy an S2000 as a daily driver to replace my Prelude, I had no idea the S2k forums were so aggressive/ill informed.

I can't wait to see one these S2000s at a track day in my Evo

Found it...thinks can go wrong, and they often do. The author came back with a vengeance in 2005 though

I wouldn't go as far as saying we are ill-informed.

The author came back with vengeance; however, the car did not. After the car was sent back east to be rebuilt by company which is a direct competitor of Vishnu, it was entered into its first SCCA T2 race. 10 minutes into the race, the car's power steering pump failed. This pointed to a harmonic imbalance in the motor. It seems as though Vishnu's diagnosis wasn't too far off after all.

My webpage is updated: It includes video of Tim driving a clean lap!

Maxrev.net @ Time Attack

phoenixR34: Thank you for spotting rule violator "cheaters" in our class. There was definitely more drama there then I was aware. I am glad you where there as I belive in a fair fight. Redline officals really need to enforce these rules.

My plan for the time attack was to hit two clean laps and taking more risks on the 3rd lap.. and all I almost lost it.

I took your list of other threads. Thanks!

^^^ Problem at AT2 was the dreaded Intercooler hose, clamped it back on and it was ready to run.
