lol if my house was big enough to accomadate your guys along with my family i'd have no problem but sadly it's not. Excalibur is a great place to stay really nice and pretty well priced. Plus it's close ot MGM & new york new york and many other places. If you guys want a good club studio 54 is known as one of the best in vegas and in the MGM. You want good buffet you must check out the round the world buffet at the rio.

It's funny if you guys have any seafood on most of the strip and esp excalibur it's coming form my dad's company so remember that hehe.

Any info you guys to plan need let me know I'll do my best to help since I'm already here.

Anyway, in the last year I've stayed at Treasure Island, Mirage, The Venetian, Mandalay Bay and MGM Grand. All nice places (some very nice). The least expensive of these was Treasure Island but it's still a decent place. MGM is nice too...and the place is HUGE!

There are literally dozens of nice hotels and no doubt dozens more that are not so nice

 

I stayed at Excalibur while we were at Spring Mountain Track in May and I thought it was nice and reasonably priced.

 

I got a thingy in the mail from Excalibur for $35/night during the time we are there. Excalibur is nothing special but I suspect it will be more than fine.

I'll call and find out the group rate too. I don't know about you guys but I prefer my own room. I like to have a crap in peace

Looks like my wife will be coming and some friends from Tucson may come up to keep her company. She's got a penchant for the one-arm. So I'd like to stay someplace cheap but decent. Excaliber sounds OK.
