before or after i hit the front straight wall?

i can't remember, i want to say :56xx but its too vague. they print out the data/telemetry sheets and i've been meaning to dig them up so i could compare to u guys. i was fastest in my bunch of random other students....but that is meaningless. you will all be faster than i was for sure.

Sylvester Stallone was there with his manager getting schooled for his movie DRIVEN.....he would of been faster if he wasn't talking on his cell phone the whole time.

RE: Shoes. Sfphinkter do you have any suggestions? A pair of Piloti's should be OK yes? Anything else you'd recommend? I'm familair with them and also with OMP and Simpson. My gut tells me they're all the same but maybe not?

Piloti's are way cool -- comfy, great in the car, great for walking, and don't look dorky when you're not at the track.

Actually I find mine to be uncomfortable. They dig into my Achilles tendon. Not sure what I can do about it. That's why you don't see me wearing them at the track.

That's a good point...a pair of OMP high tops is definitely high on the dorkmeter off the track LOL

thanx for the shoe recomendation!

I know my times will be the slowest as I drive the slowest car out of all of you guys and have the least amount of track time, but hey this is all about learning.

hehe and don't worry about looking liek a dork when your around the speedway area. You should see us during lunch for autocrosses or tack days, there's nothing like seeing a bunch of cars with numbers on the sides and then a whole bunch or Kart drivers walking around with only half of their suits on and a Tshirt, it's one area of vegas where you get used to seeing a car with huge slicks on the back or hearing the nascar schools going on all the time. I'm putting money high top driving shoes are known as really cool anywhere in that area. Just have a seperate set of shoes with you when your anywhere but there, remember vegas is about style

Hey man, read the itinerary. You won't be driving your car. We are driving Formula cars!!

If you thought you were looking forward to it before...
