I will be at Vegas that weekend, from 8-31 to 9-3, with families and co-workers. I will stay up there for another 3 days to attend the academy, since the co. I work for still owe me 2 weeks worth of back vacation time. As for the $$ part, it's tough on my wallet but I will find ways to finance it.
So you can say that I'm all for it! Am I too late to join, I mean, did the class filled up already? Write me ASAP.

I just called and Michelle is not in today. I will know by Monday if I can swing these dates. To date I think they only have like 4 people committed, so hopefully there will still be room to sign up on Monday. I think I'm in, but have to check with my boss/lovely wife. If she is up for a trip to Vegas I'm golden
That is not usually a hard sell, trips to Vegas are generally very entertaining
Is this track close to town? I'll check for a web page but if anyone knows how convenient it is to the "strip" hotels I'd appreciate the info. I think travelling on the road around Vegas is pretty CROWDED judging from the last time I was there. What hotel is going to be the home base for those that already registered?

I'm in. Somehow, just the act of signing up is thrilling (he sounds like such a nerd but it's true.) I spoke with Ernie (who can sign you up just like Michelle.)
He said an interesting thing. According to him, the course fulfills all of the requrements for a comp license including the two rookie races within two years requirement. Don't tell the wife
