Yes, switch to the A6s, take the rear camber down to -2.0, and get the front camber up as much as you can. See if that helps before spending lots of money on stuff that may not help. Most here will agree A6s>v710s, so this is a given IMO and not a waste of money. Even at -2.0, my rear tires still wear more on the inside of the tire. When I ran the revalved Yellows, my favorite setting was cranked up all the way front and rear.

If this doesn't work, my next mod would be a bigger center section for the fsb along with the upgraded mounts.
So, to be clear, you're suggesting those changes while keeping a 245/275 stagger?

Yes, I would if I were in your position. I feel you have a few options to try first to take care of the understeer/push problem. Going with the 245 square setup now may be a bit much on top of the other changes. You could always go to the 245 square setup later. Having the bigger tire in the back really helps with forgiveness and stability. That said, I would try and lake it work. Keep in mind, 2nd place at '10 Nationals was a early AP2 with a staggered setup.

Marc, I've had good luck with the camber you suggested a few years ago (-2F/-2.5R). Is there a reason you suggest less in the rear now?

124Spider, it sounds like you and I have similar setups, I think with some adjustments and some hoosiers you'll be very happy with the setup.

Also, just in case, did you eliminate preload with your weight in the car when you installed your bar/endlinks? Not doing so might cause the mix (push/lift) you're experiencing.

Good advice

The only reason I suggested -2.0 vs -2.5 camber in the rear is to take away some of the pushing without making any drastic changes to 124Spider's setup. Next would be going back a setting or two on the swaybar, then shock settings, then change/mod some parts ... the list goes on and gets more expensive.

You may be correct in saying the Hoosiers and some tweaking will make all the difference. He has plenty of options to try in his attempt to get the handling the way he wants. This will also be good experience if he wants to make additional changes in the future. He can look back on this and know what each change does to the characteristics of the car.
