Looks like there were a couple at nationals. Are they on the site or is anyone familiar with them?

Btw, for anyone interested, here is my car at the last local event:

One was a fairly unprepared car with a centrifugal supercharger. Nice owner, as I recall, but several seconds off the pace.

The other never showed up to grid, IIRC, though we saw it driving around. Not sure what happened there.

Cool. Any idea if he's on the site? Would love to see build information for some SSM S2000s.

Hm, odd. Its showing one that has DNs for 3 out of the 6 runs. Maybe some kind of failure?

I bought ummpwr's supercharger and put it on my now SSM classed AP1. I do not run national events and don't expect to even compete with other local SSM drivers, but I still have fun. I run in a street tire index which is Pax based to be more competitive since I don't have slicks.

Very understandable. I'm in a similar situation.

Although I did end up in 6th overall for RAW times at my last local autocross. Not too bad.

FI looks like fun though you will probably blow up or break a diff, axles, trans etc
Once you start breaking things its probably going to seem a better idea to go back to NA where you can be competive for less $'s
that or stop racing and you probably won't want to stop racing

I already have the R200 conversion with DSS axles/driveshaft, and the transmission is fine until you get to around 500whp or so, so I'm hopeful this should be a pretty reliable setup.

Still not competitive... but lots of fun and reliable.

Lol one was a miata actually... with a very good driver. No shame here though, the guy can drive.

The top three were prepped Mustangs, and the other was a prepped TR6.

I still have a long way to go. Definitely need more seat time seeing as I have only done a handful of events.
