Wow, there is a lot of discussion here for the most simple reply to be missing.
Adjust your tire pressures.

My rears are almost bald anyway.
I don't think adjusting tire pressures on bald tires is going to help
i'm currently running 215/45/17 front and 245/40/17 rear on advan a048 m compounds tho and i using stock sway bars with buddy club coils on the track and it feels pretty balanced...i would love to try and upgrade my sway bars but then again i only tracked my S about 3 times now and still gots alot to learn b4 getting into any serious sway bar/suspension mods

I said almost- I got as much tread left as some shaved R's. at least 2k more miles. I was stating that fact in reference to my soon being able to change the size.

To be honest with you, my original set of S-02's worked fairly well on the street up untill I reached about 9k miles. After that, they went down hill quick. It's not just how much tread there is left, the rubber hardens as it gets used up.
Why don't you just drop $300 for a set of OEM 16" rims? Put S-02's on them. Get an alignment. I'll bet your stock S2000 will be faster than your Accord.
Then take the car to autocrosses and road atlanta and every other place where you can SAFELY drive the car at the limit.
When your car is stock you know it will be well balanced. This should give you more confidence, and also allow you to take advantage of the insights of all the other people who are on this board. You need a good baseline.
If you don't like the 16" rims after you've worn out the tires, put 'em up for sale. The whole thing will cost you shipping and a set of tires you would have worn out anyway. Just my opinion.
