on one hand you have reduced weight transfer, on the other hand you have increased the scrub radius and the undesirable effects that comes with it.
I have sphericals so I don't have any dynamic accel/decel toe change from bushing deflection that would be affected by moving the track width. I suppose there is a tiny change to ackerman angle, but on a road course the steering angles are so small that I can't imagine it making too much difference.

Are the suspension parts offset from the factory or is that achieved by oem wheel size/offset? Where does this staggered design fall in affecting track or leverage?

The discussion is based around stock chassis but wheels that stick out further to increase track width.
