I was cruising around town and stopped at a light. A white DSM with a loud exhaust drove past me so I turned turned and followed. I slowly passed him up and nothing. About 10 seconds later, he does a ricer fly-by. I catch up and we slow to a 40. I honk 3 times and I immediately pull 1 car while his loud F-ing turbo spools up. He inched up a little by the time he was full boost and I held 3/4 of a car ahead until about 105. I slowed down and was giving him a thumbs up and he wouldn't get next to me. Finally we hit a red light and the driver and passenger had their heads turned the completely opposite way the whole time. I take the turn off thinking WTF was up with them and thinking I should have lost.

Right after this, an AP1 flies by to my side and we hit a light. He asked if I want to race and said sure. I didn't spray the first race. I didn't launch either, but he did and he pulled about a half car off the line and I catch up and we're even at about 100. He still had in-transits on so I don't think he knew how to really launch either. TP FTW!

We then go from a 30 both in first gear. I waited until midway through second to spray and pulled about 5 cars to about 100 and slowed down. We both pulled over and talked a little bit. Cool guy.

Cheap compared to turbo and supercharger.

I went with a NOS dry kit. Got it for about $500. Installed it myself and took about 2 hours. Most people go with zex, but I've also heard more problems with zex mainly because 1. Theres no fuel pressure safety switch and 2. You can't adjust your fuel pressure with jets. Only the nitrous size jet. Other than that, zex is the same stuff just in a fancy box.

It depends on where you live for your price for nitrous. It'll vary between about 3.50-5.00 a pound. Most kits come with a ten pound capacity bottle so you can do the math.
