I think its a driver's competition rather the the cars... ap1 > ap2 if the ap1 has a better drive and vise versa.

All i hear is roll this, roll that, honestly i think when rolling there isn't much skill involved other than just punching the throttle. Racing from a dead stop is when i say a AP2 will definitely out gun an AP1 and I honestly like both models for their own seperate reasons. One for the top end and the other for the bottem end. I guess if your s2000 goes around racing from rolls its whole life one might find the AP1's top end a little useful, but if you race from a dig where there's actually skill involved in shifting and gaining traction out of 1st then that shows the real "Cajones"!~!!! but as one said earlier to each his own. As for me i don't really call a roll race a race. for all that one should have bought an automatic.

unfortunately for you guys honda don't make the infamous s2000 in auto, maybe someone will convert it some day......lol......like NEVER!

Right, that extra 9lb/ft really helps haul that extra hundred pounds from a stop. The CDV really helps with your clutch dump too.

An AP1 can be launched just a well as any AP2. Go stand in the corner with the other parents that think their kid is the best.
