Honda why!? because its against the Ideology of Honda, Honda does not mess with stupid shyt like race cars.
Yeah honda has nothing to do with race cars , they only make all of the engines for the IRL. The only competed well for years in formula 1. And they designed the S2000 based on their Formula 1 heritage. Tell me that Nissan has done EVEN CLOSE to what Honda has in racing .

I don't know what more I need to say to make you understand that I DO NOT THINK the S2000 is fast in a straight line, it was never intended to be, and is not why I bought one. I bought the S2k because I had driven enough cars in it's class to know that the total package made it like a razor on the track, where everything else felt like a butter knife at best.

The thing you don't get is in my mind stock the STI, EVO, HR Z are all not fast either. Stock vs. stock I would not call it crazy to say that someone can hang with or beat any of those cars in A STREET RACE where there are tons of variables. You guys are going nuts to make a point that it cannot happen and must be some fabrication and screwing up tons of threads over it. I don't have an issue with you saying the S2k is slow, but don't go around acting like your shit is the fastest thing out there, you are going to make me go out an buy a Z06 and stomp on your a$$.

I have a personal issue with YOU and your EVO powered super hero of an accomplice. You guys could be rid of me if you would just show a bit of respect to the fact that you are on an S2k forum.

Have you ever been to that track? I have driven it and all I can say is it takes some big balls to go around that thing at 10/10 or even 7/10 for that matter, scariest place I have ever been

Okay well let me start off by answering your first comment what has Nissan done compared to Honda on street racing hmm Nissan Skyline GT-R now you get the point.
Number 2 I raced a Z06 and he raped me by 5 car lengths by the time we hit 100 MPH , i'm not a typical ricer who says "I HUNG with the Lexus IS F, I hung with the BMW M5, I hung with this and that" NO I NEVER HANG WITH THOSE cars they perform quarter miles 0.5-0.6 seconds BETTER THAN ME Jesus christ. I'm not a freakin fan boy that sits here and makes retarded ass comments. Similarly a STOCK S2000 is 0.5-0.6 seconds away from a HR 350z , STI, EVO quarter mile timing, the new STI runs quarter in 13.3 , HR 350z 13.2, EVO around 13.2 and the s2000 in drag does what an average of 13.8-14.0 seconds. So stop with this retarded shyt, I admit that the s2000 would possibly and most likely beat those cars around race courses, I don't know, i don't go to race courses I go to race drag slips and most likely from street races on the roads you don't start going in round abouts, it's usually straight line atleast 0-80 MPH so you get the drift.
I told you the s2000 is a fun car, probably does really good on the race course, ITS JUST NOT A DRAG or STREET RACER, i'm trying to drill that into your head but you just keep denying it, Jesus christ.

Franky, do you know how to read? Bgoetz clearly stated that he DOES NOT THINK THE S2000 is fast in a straight line! What part of that didn't you understand, are you mentally challenged? You keep stating the S isn't a drag car, well we acknowledge that, so you could shut it already with that. Remember, we're in a s2000 forum, we don't care about your Z and your usual ranting about the S.

.. and please don't go comparing the gt-r with honda's formula 1 experience, because it doesn't get near it! if you knew something about engines and cars you would know that. pff pretty good for 4 days eh?

Yes I get the point that you enjoy ricing out on the streets of where ever the heck you live. You are by no means an ethusiast you are a ricer, which is why you don't and will likely never understand what makes the S2k a 10 year old car that is still a car above most, EXCEPT for in the Street ricing catagory. Which is completely fine by me, because people associate my car as being driven by a respectable enthusiast, if I owned a Z people may associate me with.......well someone like you.

HAHA, HA, HA......HA, HA, how freaking ironic. If you think that you car is anywhere close to 0.5-0.6 seconds slower than a Z06 you are the one who needs the reality check . Not even a C5 "bro"
Bro i think you're a little lost in your fan boy world, if you look at my statement it specifically has a quotation mark and i'm referring 0.6 seconds away from the Lexus is f and m5 please read again. i'm not a typical s2000 fan boy that i would dream of being 0.6 hell even 2 seconds close to a z06. just land back on planet earth and read the statement again, or take ESL understand the concept of Quotation marks.

Yeah tight is not even the word for it . There are some tracks where you can use 100% of the track and then some, there are some where you cannot, and then there is waterford. I honestly watched a civic come to rest on the curbing and get stuck, and he was not all that low of a car, you could honestly tear a tire off on that stuff. I was also out there just before the Solstice GXP was released and watched one of the engineers hit that stuff sending her out of control into the gaurd rail out of turn two (maybe it was three ) The car made it through the rest of the day, not sure how though.

Problem is the neighborhood grew in around it and now they always complain about the noise . I am not sure how much longer they will be around

See here's the thing, I referred to the Z06 raping me by 5 car lengths and than said that i don't hang with the "M5 and Lexus IS F" they perform quarter miles 0.6-0.7 seconds better than me. See you should have used your common sence.
Am i a s2000 fan boy? NO i'm not so obviously i'm talking about being 0.6 seconds away from a lexus IS F not a Z06 Jesus christ. See if i had a s2000 AND was a huge s2000 fan boy like you than i would have probably said yeah my cars 0.6 seconds away from a Z06 but i'm sorry i'm not that delusional. Now you;re going to start poisting road coarse numbers where the s2000 is behind by a second from the Z06 and start saying HAHAH the almighty S2000. You my friend will NEVER EVER Stop, land back to planet earth for the love of God.
