come on guys, can't we all get along! IVLEMPHIZ you have a nice car, and for cheap can make it go fast! It is personally not my style, but respect its abilities. Lets not get into socio-economic issues with this! Both cars are very different, and do different things better! If your Ego's need to dish it out, line 'em up and race. If not, just drop it and stop this bickering!

I was really asking for someone with knowledge to jump in about the SRt4...seriously.
I dont know jack about them except for when i sat in the back of one.
I had a friend who works for Maroone Dodge (Pembroke Pines,FL) and he just rambling about diff cars ( he owns a Cobra )
says our cars suck in straight line..
Srt4 are just neons with turbo...
SI is slooo all around....
So since we were on the topic of SrT and how they have power but there not NA....and if we had a turbo that we would be nuts...so I asked if an srt 4 is a neon with turbo ?
Im still want someone to explain alittble bit about that...no offense intended.

It's a turbo neon basically (doesn't share any powertrain components with the base neon though)...2.4 l engine with a 16g turbo...Makes anywhere from 225-240 whp stock...(Dodge rated them at the wheels)..They will go anywhere from 14.0-13.7 @ 99-103 stock..The stock turbo is capable of up to 320 whp with bolt ons and 12 second passes at traps over 110 mph
They run factory boost anywhere from 13psi-15psi (ECU Controlled)...
The stock turbo can be clipped and ported for 350whp plus

Because I believe Honda has some of the best engineers on the planet, and they feel challenged enough to get the job done N/A...If Honda put the technology and design behind their cars onto a turbo platform...it would be disgusting.
