I am starting to become content with having "just a Honda." I live in SoCal so that is the thought that comes across people's minds when they see my Stacey.

driving in a car like this you will ALWAYS encounter imbesiles. every time this happens to me i take the easy solution and vtec their ass, resulting in a decrease of the gas pedal on their part and an ear to ear grin on my part. funny story to relate to tho

 

I passed a guy on a reasonably short straight away, it was a legal passing zone, but was going up a pretty steep hill.. he was doing about 25 mph, and there was no other place to pass him for another 6 miles (legally) so I put it in 1st gear, went WOT and blew past him like he put it in reverse.. got into town, minding my own business and I saw a cop ahead, where it goes from a 45 down to a 35.. of course I slow down before I get to it and he pulls out and pulls me over. I pull over and he said that he caught me doing 50 in a 35.. I tell him, no you didn't I saw you, I was doing 33 mph according to GPS (my garmin was on the windshield) when I crossed into the 35 zone.

He then proceeded to tell me that a Silver Mustang had passed a car on a corner about 10 miles up the road, I told him I passed a car on a short straight away right past a corner but it was in a legal passing zone and I didn't go over 55 mph (it was true, didn't need to exceed the speed limit to pass the slow SOB)

he said just keep it slow and have a nice day...
