Wink BMW 8

So i was just driving along minding my own business when out of no where a Bimmer Z8 comes by in all its sexiness. So silly little me revs my engine out of nothing but the up most respect and you could almost count to 1 before he was four car lengths ahead of me. After about ten seconds i think he had made it to Miami. Ha.

Those are gorgeous cars...one of my favorites. I've had the pleasure of getting some seat time in one and while they're certainly not 'blow your socks off' fast they are sweet cars. The detail and fit and finish in that car is awesome...I love the lighting in the side gills.

Beautiful styling and some great power. One of the many cars that never gets enough attention. If it weren't for the occasional glimpse, you'd never know the Z8 even existed.

Dang, wish I could race one.

They should be coming out with the Z10 sometime this year with 550hp. All I can say is WOW.

agreed.

...as cool as the Z8 was, it was a problematic car. it was also a pig of a roadster, weighing in around 3500-lbs. granted it must be nice to have the e39 M5 motor in a chassis that's lighter than the actual e39 M5. but on certain tracks/circuits with tighter/more numerous turns and shorter/less numerous straights that the S2k could hold its own against one...and i'm sure the S would dominate at an autoX.
