I really like the new C32 and SLK32 MBs also, they are pieces of art! on a separate note, anyone in the west coast know any shops that install Turbos for our s2ks? I am dying for one. peace

Look out for the CLK 55's too. I had the privilege of being stomped by a gorgeous black one last week on the way to Vegas. When traffic cleared for a long uphill section, I got the inital jump (starting @115 in 5th), but by the time I was shifting to 6th at 140 the S was weezing up the big hill, and the CLK charged right by.
Most German cars are limited to 155 though, might've had better luck on the downhill...

Most Mercedes are very fast at freeway speeds. Another sleeper is the 500E (or E500) that was the direct competitor to my car. I think it broke into the 13's in magazine tests. This was in the early 90's so that is damn quick. My car was only tested at 14.4 or something by C&D in 1990 but hangs with much supposedly faster cars on the freeway. I had a nice run with a C36 once. We were pretty even. He looked like he had exhaust suspension etc.
