No, I mean the 4.57's you currently have. The stock 4.09 in the FD diff won't do it, unless you're going to use nitrous out of the hole also.

Also, you'll need a street slick like the Mickey Thompson. A drag radial isn't going to be able to launch you hard enough.

Half the battle in 1/8 mile racing is the 60ft. You're going to need to come out of the hole like a bat out of hell (1.5 to low 1.6 times). A 1.9 60ft, although respectable in itself, will keep you into the 8's.

My intention would be to run the stock FD (4.09) that comes with the Nissan diff. I hear a lot of people say that when you are boosted you want taller gears. Now, if this means that my 1/8 mile time isn't as good as it could be with a higher FD then so be it. I believe the 1/4 mile time would be bette with the lower FD though. Anyways, I could always get a 50 shot and spray right after the launch. I'd definately want the R200 diff though.

Yes, unfortunately there are a lot of haters needing Cialis prescriptions on vortex. They hate on each other more than anything. Mk4 vs everybody, 1.8t versus everybody, VR6 versus everybody, it's pretty annoying. I try not to mention that I actually own a Japanese car in addition to my european cars when I'm on there.
haha thats soo true, i used to be in the whole VW/AUDI scene and everybody hated on each other especially vr6 owners vs 1.8t owners...

oh btw an S4 with just a turboback, chip, DV's should be pushin close to 300whp

An S4 makes 340hp at the fly...
Yeah, but he raced a B5 S4 w/ the 2.7tt which has 250 at the fly. A $500 GIAC bumps it to 300 at the fly- talk about bang for the buck HP.

The B6 S4 (newer bigger body) has the 340.

That's cool. I did a google search on a B5 S4 and that is how I came up with the 340whp.
