NSX vs S2K???
What would happen if both of these cars lined up next to each other, given same drivers, and both cars stock...im pretty sure the nsx would win but by how much?? From a launch and from a roll??
What year NSX?
The majority of them are pre 97's -- some of them are automatics, some of them heavier targas -- it all plays a factor.
The older 3.0 liter cars are high 13 second vehicles at best. Not much if any faster than an S2000, especially when you take their age into consideration.

I beat an NSX. It had the flip up lights so i'm guessing its one of the early 90's model and the guy who drove it looked pretty old as well. We raced and i beat him. I have a comptech blower in my s2k. My friends know the guy and he was stock so, thats my story and thats all folks.

Yep, like people said, it all depends on which models and years. Pre-'97 manual should beat an S (even more as speed increases). But pre-'97 auto should be a tad slower than an S. '97+ models, either version should be much faster than an S, even more so for the 6-sp version. I'm talking about both drivers being equal and both cars in stock forms.
Here's an interesting fact: did you know that earlier models (early '90's) came with very small tires and wheels -- 195/15 for the front, and 205/16 for the rear? Good Gawd! 195/15 for a car that was supposed to be an exotic? Yes, they were considered exotic in the early '90's. 195/15 and 205/16? Those are not enough meat to do anything on a decent car, much less an NSX. Those would provide very little traction for acceleration and cornering, and much anything else.
