Well, if you have the same driver in both cars, even if you line them up side by side, either S2000 will smoke the NSX, or vice versa. He can only drive one car at a time.

Good one Alex.

Blownrock
I have an SC also and 444's. I've run an NSX and yes I beat him too. Not by much.

The questions was stock for stock. All other things being equal i believe NSX will win everytime. I don't know the NSX years that well but my money with a stock S would always be on the NSX. Maybe someone should post a link over to the NSX forum. I'll bet they have some opinions.

Interesting, but not factual.

91 NSX tires are 205/15 front 225/16 rear.

Very little traction? A 91 NSX with the stock Yokos is at least as good as an S2000 in that department
Well, that's true but not factual, the stock tires were either the Yokohama A022H(O)'s or the Bridgestone RE010's.

The Dunlop SP8050 were also designed specifically for the NSX.

What's the yoko? Some NSX's came stock with the RE010's.

Older NSX's (consider the age here too) are not mid 13 second cars. Not stock at least. The hp/weight ratios are about the same for both cars -- I'd call it an even match for the pre 3.2 liter cars.

The same reason people buy automatic Ferraris. Over the life of the 456, about 70% of them were sold as automatics.
