Headed out toward the mall today on a 6 lane road . While coming up to a red light, an older RSX with loud exhaust pulled out of a side street and up to the light as well. He had a Civic driven by some little cutie traveling on his tail. They were in the middle lane and so was I. The left lane was open ok, I decided might as well take that spot. When I pulled up, this fellow looked over at me so I smiled and said hey. He broke out in a big smile and seemed nice enough. There was no reving, so light turns green and we both start off slowly. I kind of short shifted 2nd thinking nothing was going down, soon after he hits it with his little Civic lady hanging close by. I decided to try to reel them in. I was starting to catch up pretty good and could see the cutie in the civic looking at me in her side view with some big eyes. When I got to her bumper I cut it, but to my surpise, a G35 sedan came whipping by in the far right lane, apparently trying to keep up with us too. They all turned off to the right and I kept going. No biggie, but was just a fun Saturday morning for somebody who doesn't get to run with other cars very often.

I did some online research about the G35 sedan due to this encounter. That is a pretty interesting car, especially for a sedan. It looks like it can come with some nice options, like 6 speed manual, awd and sports package.

That was enough racing for me. As you can probably tell, I'm not much of a street racer these days. If I do see an opportunity where there are no other cars ahead, no law enforcement in sight, I will have some fun up to a point. I'm not going to do anything crazy cause I have been there and done that and managed to survive somehow. These days i'm more into trying to be nice to other people on the road and just enjoy the beauty of the S2000.
That guy in the RSX I encountered didn't really look so friendly when he looked over. It was nice to see a smile back when I smiled at him and said hello. The tiny little run we had was just a bonus. As far as the G35 sedan, we probably all know it was just a auto trans trying to see how he would stack up to an S. And by the way, for all of you who do engage in street racing, I'm not trying to judge you, but I do encourage you to consider safety for yourself and bystanders.

Wow, it's refreshing to finally hear there was a decent RSX owner out there

A lot of the stories on here are about retarded ones. Nice car btw. I will join you in a bout a month or so
