Just got the car and already beating on it?
Thats what the cars made for isn't it. I keep good care of it but you have to take it out and drive it to its limits every once in a while.

Can anyone tell me if I remove the CDV will I still be in A stock. I know they won't care at regionals but I am probably going to run my car at Kansas so I need to follow the rules.

Since it's a 2007, i'll assume that it has less then 1000 miles on it?

Tons of posts on break in (and some controversy) as to the best way to do this.

For a quarter mile car, this car is definately not made for it. You might have better luck (stock) with a domestic, unless your willing to invest a bit of money on reinforcing the weak links in the chain (ie. tranny, diff)

Take it to the track after a bit and learn the true meaning of this car

It has over 2000 miles on it so i am not worried about the break in. I am not using for a quarter mile, just had to race these guys to show them what an s2000 is made of. I autocross it on the weekends. So does anyone know if it runs in A stock in autocross? sorry if i didn't make it clear earlier.
