S2000 vs Lancer Evo
One 13 second car goes off around a corner and punches it.
The other 13 second car follows him, and punches it.
The second car has no hope of catching the first.
Its hard as all hell, when racing two fairly evenly matched cars, to overcome even a minor jump at the start. And you said he was around the corner and into it before you. That means buslengths in the real world.
Even on the street, where anything can and does happen, this is stretching it too far.
He must have lifted.

I think it was a semi close race since the evo probably didn't use it full potential of AWD. He probably didn't drop his clutch that high and that is half the reason why he was not able to keep up with her. Remember when you read the article for those 4.5-4.7 SEC they remind the reader that it was at a high RPM drop. If we just talk about HP what about the 350Z it make 280 but it not doing 0-60 in 4's it does it in 5.2-5.7. It just like when I see a WRX if the car doesn't get it on it launch then it loses it advantage. I think at the end the Evo just didn't drop it clutch.
She probably drives better and can handle her car better.

good race, but im thinking he might've let go of the gas and once he saw u coming around fast he probably punched it again, trying to catch up. i can see that happening.
