Default S2000 vs. S2000

Thats right! Today, "Bullit" and I got togethor and ran the two cars against eachother. All our races were from a rolling start, except for one, which we started from idle. I lost EVERY SINGLE ONE of them! By the middle of third gear, he would have a good 1-1.5 car length on me. His only engine mod is a JR filter. I had another person in the car, and a full trunk. I was so surprised at how damn hard he would pull on me everytime! After the races, we stopped at a parking lot in a local shopping center. Out of no where, some hoe in her rental Mercedes drives up to us and bitches us both out about how we should be ashamed of ourselves and blah blah blah. But aside from that, you better watch out Bullit, cause I'm gonna get my revenge

where are you shifting at man.. you'd be suprised how much of differnce that can make.. and the speed of your shifts.

w/ the weight though it makes since.. every extra 100lbs= 1 car length lost in the 1/4.. so i've heard anyway.

Bullit,
Not that I would expect any big changes, but did the JR filter make a difference in the butt dyno at all?
I'm waiting on one coming in... and S2Ks have been consistently dynoing at about 1-2hp more...
Just curious...

Cheers,

ZoomZoom,

like the wheels by the way...anyways, regarding your question...
the butt dyno really didn't feel any significant improvement, however, i think it played a part in me being able to pull on
vtecracer....as we approached higher speeds, i started to pull harder....so i think it does improve airflow, especially at speed, so your $$ investment i think will pay off, especially the fact that it is reusable...so the extra hp is just a bonus....

good luck dude

blake

PS...VtecRacer...between you and your buddy...you guys weight probably 220 lbs.....together(lol)...i weight 180 myself....have fun guys....don't get in too much trouble
