In AZ that would be class 1or2 misdemeanor for wreckless driving with at least 6-8 points on your record.

Considering your age your insurance would be around $600-700 a month with those many points your record. I doubt any parent would fork out that much cash so you can drive around. Please don't tell me you work and can afford the insurance either.
