I dont know, I guess I dont go to the track much. 2 tracks (1 on friday night, on on saturday midday) all summer - 25 weeks , so 50 times... damn I guess I dont go to the track much.
Then I guess you have never go to the track if you have never seen a stock S run 13.5
You cant base it off the fastest times in the world. Put it this way. 9 out of 10 stock C5s A4s are going to run 14s

exactly , different tracks, different times. I go by the times around here. Not in FL. Im sure you could run the same car on every track in the world and there would be atleast 1.5 seconds different in times and probably 8+/-MPH in trap.

still 1-3 is a big difference for the same car. Personally at the tracks we have here, We high very high humidity, and not so sticky tracks. Hint thats why the 1/4 mile times average are slower around here.

The C5 times posted above are from all over the US.
You should really try to stop the condescending comments and poor attempts at sarcasm - it doesn't help to support your argument and just generates a bunch of silly side noise. There are a few posters in this thread (myself included) who haven't made a single personal commentary even in the face of posts that are barely legibile as english.

[quote name='[DT]' date='Jan 15 2009, 02:15 PM'] Hint: I was drag racing before you were born, so that's obvious to me and likely everyone else reading this thread.

A *man* would've replied to me: "You're right, let's carry this discussion on like we're semi-civilized", but I see - unfortunately - you chose the alternate path.
Good luck with that.
