S2K vs. 350Z vs. 07-08 si coupe
I went to a local car meet in Georgia at the ATL Varsity downtown and it was too pack so I decided to come back home. On the freeway back home this 07-08 Civic SI coupe and 350Z were following each other till they caught up to me(Yellow Stock AP1). The Z was behinde the SI, I ran the SI on the freeway and smoked him no problem. The SI dropped back and the Z pulled up and I ran him (Now given the thought I had my top down and not thinking I was gonna run anyone, and had the wifey shotgun) and got pulled about a fender on 4 gear. Now 3rd gear we were neck to neck and I was starting to inch away, until 4th. I am wondering if I had my top up or Hardtop 
and no wifey, I think I would have pulled him no problem. The Z looked like he had mods and the SI had a muffler what so ever. What do you guys think?

Hmmmm, gives me an ideal that the G35/Z's aren't that fast. I know when I had my eg h22a I mopped them like wax on a faded floor. RIP 1992 EG

Haha yeah man. We all went to the drag stip a couple months ago. I didn't run my car since im worried i'll break my 90k mile diff, and my s2k is my only car and daily driver. So it wasnt worth the risk of breaking right now launching hard.
Anyways, his best time with a good launch he ran a 14.01. If I remember right he trapped that time in at 99mph. He also has some heavy 18" rims, but i'm confident I can get into the 13's with mine with a good launch. If you look in that 1/4 mile thread, alot of guys are hitting high 13's with basic bolt ons with their s2k's.
