Default so lame

this was a very lame "race." Riced out Civic humping my ass from a stoplight, followed me a mile or so. I slowed way down and downshifted coming up on a curve, and got on it a bit going into and around the curve to put him back off my rear. Through a green light onto a long straight, and the kids are back aways. I realize he is pulling a flyby, so I check with my friend to see if it is OK with him if I play a little, and downshift again. Right as they get up to my rear 1/4, I hammer it in 2nd at ~40-45 mph. I shift to third, and let off at ~90ish, with said Civic bus lengths back. I kept on it more than necessary, just to make the lesson easy to learn. As I was pulling over into the right turn lane to drop my friend off at work, the Civic pulls up and passes us, fart can blaaaating away. Kid in the passenger seat did wave the peace sign, and they were smiling and seemed to have enjoyed it, so cool, I guess. My friend couldn't stop laughing at the Civic, either at the sound or the balls it took to hassle me as if they had a chance, I dunno. I drive a white 5 speed 03 Mustang GT coupe, apparently there was some sort of affinity as the Civic was a white coupe as well

My brother knows the kid, and apparently the car is somewhat of a local whore, but it seems like everyone (the kiddies and fanbois) thinks it is fast As far as I could tell, it was a beat EX coupe with a crappy muffler. I'm only posting this because it's been a slow news night.
