That's right, when I think of a trans am I think trailer trash. . . Speaking of that, I raced a trans am old school, he burned out then I race up and asked if he wanted to race... They nodded hell yes. So we start at 10mph and I spank his ass for the hell of it . . . multiple bus lengths up to 80 in the quickness.

 

hmmz.... american cars.... honestly.... I think they are ugly as hell.... BUT they have the most aggressive looks ever. I would love to own one of those old school muscle cars, not cause I think it looks good but damn they look aggressive. I was gonna buy a trans am awhile back.... but reliability just got 2 me eventually. Honestly... trans am with ram air, best looking domestic 2 me. never liked corvettes. I think that american cars arent well rounded enough... taking away maybe the corvettes. And I Dont understand how you can say the american build is as good or better than japanese cars... I think problems per year is almost double between chevy and any other japanese company. Not gonna say the same for european cause they are having thier issues rite now. anyways... lets all respect each others cars for what they are ^_^

 

Ehh maybe the issue is with the owners. I stick by my earlier comments, the 99 LS1 has fewer rattles than my s2000 despite being older -- and in terms of handling is not all that bad.

If you want to stick your head in the sand and ignore cars other than those from Japan, by all means be my guest, but don't make uninformed blanket statements that might mislead others.

I know it... It all started with the TA driver cutting me off, then balling up his fat little fingers and I read what looked to be a middle finger. lol, and I was waiting for the count down. He had a convertible top TA newer model.

Like I said, I like all cars... shitty cars and shitty owners make the car look twice as bad. I'm gonna run a C5 btw... We were suppose to run tomorrow Sat. but it's gonna be raining. I think I'll have my headers and race cat on by that time. To make things even I simply want the camera man to ride in the C5 that'll be it.. I'll let you know how it goes.

The newer cars are alot faster than the older by far, it's relative all across the spectrum. The TA I killed wasn't worth the gas... he insisted so I ripped gears 1-2 tiny bit of third. Not bragging rights. I just happened to whip him up. They were white trash btw... they ran out of gas and I was gentleman enough to pick them up a can.
