honda should make the "v-tec" boost to kick in at a lower rpm!!

Gas mileage would suffer.

You can get a Apex VTEC AFC (I think that's what they are called) and change the VTEC switch-over point. Just make sure that you give it enough fuel, or VTEC won't matter.

Actually, I have a VAFC. I dyno-tuned my car and my VTEC switchover point was lowered to 5800. Any lower or higher, I would lose power.
